By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Service.Violaters of the Terms of Service will be blacklisted.I reserve the right to edit my TOS at any time.I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

Copyright

The artwork is not yours to claim.You may not make any edits to the completed artwork unless explicitly discussed and given permission.I reserve the right to use your commission in my own portfolio and to post it to social media, but if you would like it to be private, please do tell me!You can post your commission only with proper credit given.My art is never to be used for NFTs or AI.No tracing.You can use your commission for personal use only, not commercial, unless explicitly discussed and approved. For more details please ask.You are under no circumstances allowed to remove my watermark.

Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please calculate conversion to your currency yourself (it's easy to google or change the currency on paypal).100% payment upfront through PayPal.Prices may change depending on complexity.Refunds will only be given before the lineart stage or, in the case of sketch commissions, before work has begun, or if I no longer have the ability to complete the commission.

Process

Turnaround time can be anywhere from a few days to 2 months depending on complexity, commission type and my personal situation. If you require it by a certain deadline, please discuss it with me!I will most likely need to ask a lot of questions to make sure the image is right!If my only reference is a written description I will be working closely with you to make sure the piece is as close as possible to what you want.I will send work-in-progress images when I can. Sometimes I will have choices that I will require your input on, and I will do small revisions if requested.
